Bruce K. LeeFounder and CEO
Bruce is the Founder of Keebeck Wealth Management, and the source of its namesake. Keebeck, Bruce’s given name by his first generation US immigrant parents, means “to ascend.”
As a Wealth Advisor, Bruce draws on his extensive knowledge of multi-generational wealth creators to determine the role an advisor can serve in a client relationship. With 33 years of investment experience alongside some of the worlds largest financial institutions. Bruce leads Keebeck Wealth Management with a vision of empowering clients through a transition of being the CEO of their company to becoming CEO of their capital.
In the past, Bruce was named to the Barron’s “Top 100 Financial Advisors” list every year since 2007, the Barron’s “Top 1,200 Financial Advisors” list in 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018 and the Financial Times’ “Top 400 Financial Advisors” in 2014.
Bruce serves on the Board of Trustees for The University School of Milwaukee, and formerly served on the board of the John G. Shedd Aquarium, and The DuPage Community Foundation. Bruce and his wife, Jennifer, along with their two daughters, Mia and Lauren, live in Chicago, Illinois.
Steve C. VujevichManaging Director, President of KWM Advisory Division
As Managing Director and President of KWM Advisory Division, Steve works closely with professional athletes, entrepreneurs, corporate executives, and other individuals with complex financial situations, helping them discern the challenges and capitalize on the opportunities that can accompany significant wealth.
For over twenty years, Steve worked as a financial advisor for the Private Wealth division of Merrill Lynch on one of the largest teams in the country. He brings the knowledge and insight he has gained from advising an accomplished clientele, helping them make informed decisions about multiple aspects of their wealth: investments, cash flow analysis, long-term planning, income preservation, pre- and post- liquidity event strategies, trust and estate planning services, and access to customized lending. Steve recognizes that each client has unique priorities, concerns, and aspirations. Adept in unwinding and clarifying the intersection of personal and professional wealth, Steve strives to advance a thorough and thoughtful approach that supports clients in harnessing the resources at their disposal. He enjoys educating clients about key decision points in their lives, empowering them to become better stewards of current and future earnings.
Prior to joining Merrill, Steve worked as a sports agent and business manager. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University in Columbus, where he was a member of the Varsity Football Team.
Deeply committed to his community, Steve is active with a number of charitable organizations in the Columbus area. He and his family have a special affinity with a locally based charity that supports technology enhancements for pediatric patients undergoing radiation treatment at The James at Ohio State University Hospital. He also supports the Wounded Warrior Project and Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Central Ohio.
As President of Keebeck Wealth Management, Joe brings over 20 years of experience servicing the ultra-high net worth marketplace. Joe’s focus is marshaling all of the integral resources and providing the highest level of service needed to properly structure a multi-family Wealth Management platform.
Prior to joining Keebeck Wealth Management, Joe served as Director of Merrill Lynch’s Private Banking & Investment Group, Merrill Lynch Wealth Management International and its Institutional Client Segment. In addition to his Leadership responsibilities, Joe also spent 6 years living and working in Geneva, Switzerland leading a Global offering for Merrill Lynch Bank Suisse S.A. Areas of expertise focused on ultra high-net-worth and specialized institutional clients globally.
A loving father of two young daughters and a dedicated husband, Joe lives on the North Shore of Chicago and actively plays a role in his religious community and the local public school system.
Joseph Dursi is Dynasty’s Chief Investment Officer and Chair of the Investment Committee and is responsible for overseeing Dynasty’s investment platforms, managing relationships with third party due diligence and research partners, working closely with network firms to deliver institutional quality investment solutions to their clients, and continuing to enhance Dynasty’s award winning Outsourced CIO offering. He was most recently the Head of Investment Solutions for Deutsche Bank Wealth Management in the Americas, responsible for identifying and creating unique investment solutions for ultra-high-net-worth clients.
Previously, Mr. Dursi served as the Head of Portfolio Consulting at Barclays Wealth Americas where he and his team were responsible for developing tactical investment solutions through asset allocation modeling and product selection for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and endowments/foundations. Mr. Dursi joined Barclays in September 2008 as part of the organization’s acquisition of Lehman Brothers’ Private Investment Management business in the Americas.
Mr. Dursi holds a BBA, Summa Cum Laude, from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University, where he was a designated Stern Scholar. Stephanie Roberts, MBAManaging Director, Director of Operations
As Director of Operations at Keebeck Wealth Management, Stephanie relies on her 25 years of financial services experience.
After receiving her MBA with a focus on International Business Finance from the University of Notre Dame, she worked at the Chicago Board of Options Exchange trading equity options. She then moved to London, England and traded German equity options with Mako Derivatives. Stephanie then started a family and moved back to the US joining Smith Barney. Stephanie worked in the Regional offices in Chicago at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney as a Regional Administrator which oversaw 32 branches in 9 states. In 2009, she and her family moved to San Diego and later joined the independent space and with other MSSB colleagues forming Washington Wealth Management, an Independent RIA and was Director of Operations and Transitions. Stephanie then joined Ibis Capital – an independent RIA and became Director of Institutional Relations/Advisor Services where she spearheaded and launched a proprietary asset management company with her firm partners.
In October 2014, Stephanie became a self-employed consultant to RIAs and financial advisors entering the RIA space. She has consulted, educated and on-boarded over 400 hundred financial advisors/teams since the onset of her career in the independent space.
Alexa HymanChief Marketing Officer
Alexa serves as Chief Marketing Officer at Keebeck Wealth Management, bringing several years of experience in account management and digital marketing. Alexa works as the initial touchpoint for clients and ensures their every need is met with speed and consistency. She is the responsive interface between the client and firm – helping to unify team efforts, integrate technology and fill a communication gap recognized in the corporate private banking and investment space. She leads the client solutions team to create a dynamic, seamless and high-quality experience for every client. Alexa also manages Keebeck’s integrated marketing campaigns and social presence.
Before joining Keebeck Wealth Management, Alexa spent several years working for a non-profit digital marketing team in Los Angeles, California managing key client relationships and building a product to centralize data, news and events for large corporate environments. She graduated from Albion College with a Bachelors of Arts in Business and Journalism. She is an avid surfer, camper, writer and volunteer of a local women’s crisis center in Chicago.
Matthew Anderson, CFP®, CPWA®Managing Director, Director of Wealth Planning
As Director of Wealth Planning at Keebeck, Matthew provides customized advice and guidance designed to assist clients in strategically navigating the complexities of their wealth. He helps clients gain confidence and comfort in evaluating financial decisions relative to their unique preferences and goals. Matthew strives to empower clients to be informed, capable stewards of their wealth over multiple generations.
Matthew is experienced in providing integrated wealth advisory services to professional athletes, C-suite corporate executives, and other high-net-worth clientele who have distinctive needs and priorities. With a keen eye for detail, he works closely with clients and their professional advisors to coordinate a multi-faceted approach that encompasses complex matters related to wealth allocation, tax-minimization strategies, concentrated stock exposure, equity award exercise planning, trust and estate planning services, risk management, philanthropic strategies, and legacy planning. He is also adept in assisting individuals who have experienced sudden wealth or liquidity events.
Matthew began his financial services career in 2002 and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) practitioner and a Certified Private Wealth Advisor® (CPWA®) professional, a designation issued by the Investments & Wealth Institute™ in conjunction with The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
He is a two-time graduate of Capital University, earning a B.A. in Business Administration and an MBA, both with concentrations in Finance.
Matthew is a member of the Financial Planning Association, the Investments and Wealth Institute™, and the Professional Council of the Columbus Foundation. He is active with numerous charities and volunteers as a youth athletics coach. Matthew, his wife, and their two children reside in Upper Arlington, Ohio.

Charles Robinson, MSSenior Vice President, Wealth Planning
As Senior Vice President of Wealth Planning, Charles brings nearly 15 years of experience advising high net worth/taxable investors on topics such as: cash flow, risk management, tax planning, investment management and estate planning. He is especially focused on building unparalleled, personal relationships with clients in order to best help them define, navigate, preserve and optimize a comprehensive wealth management plan.
While playing Varsity Football, Charles earned a B.S. in Exercise Physiology/Pre-Med from East Carolina University. And recently graduated Cum Laude with a Master of Science in Financial Planning at the University of Georgia from the renowned College of Family and Consumer Sciences. Charles has completed all necessary requirements and is now pursuing his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) designation.
As a proud graduate and former scholar athlete at East Carolina University, Charles is an active member of the ECU Pirate Club supporting all athletic scholarships, facility and programmatic endeavors. He also passionately supports Mission Stadiums for Multiple Sclerosis (MS4MS), a unique organization whose mission is to raise funds for MS research in hopes of finding a cure while spreading awareness about MS at all sports stadiums. Charles, his wife and their three daughters reside outside of Charlotte, NC.
Matthew Carey, JDAssociate, Analyst
Prior to joining Keebeck, Matt spent 4 years working at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) supporting multiple commodity brokerage firms. While working at the CME he delivered market analysis for institutional and retail clients with a broad range of needs. Among his duties were providing customers with liquidity analysis and oversight of the execution of orders in futures and options markets.
Matt’s experience includes internships with the Commodity Markets Council, and Delta Strategy Group in Washington D.C., where he worked with legislators to achieve the regulatory goals of industry members. He also served as a judicial extern for the Northern District of Illinois.
Matt graduated from Indiana University – Bloomington with a B.A in Political Science and a minor in Finance from the Kelley School of Business. Matt has also received his J.D. from The John Marshall Law School, Chicago in 2018.
Christopher DuffVice President, Analyst
As Vice President, Analyst at Keebeck Wealth Management, Chris brings several years of experience in the wealth management industry. Chris began his career in the financial industry with Mann Group at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME). This experience led him to working at organizations including Bank of America Merrill Lynch, UBS, and AXA Advisors where he oversaw the asset allocation and execution of over $300 million in assets using ETF models before joining Keebeck Wealth Management.
Chris focuses on financial planning, model-based asset management, tax loss harvesting, and alternative investments. His background in both fundamental and technical analysis supports the investment process for both equities and fixed income. As a member of the Keebeck investment team, Chris is an integral part of aligning portfolios to clients’ goals.
Outside interests include spending time with his niece and nephew and enjoying hobbies such as sporting clay shooting, fishing, snowboarding, and golfing.
Derek FeilmeierVice President, Digital Solutions
As a member of the digital solutions team, Derek’s primary objective is to ensure that each client’s needs are met efficiently and in a timely manner. By directing his full attention to the needs of the client, he is able to provide a personalized and intimate experience that is sometimes not found at large corporate institutions. His duties also include implementing and utilizing digital solutions to provide complete transparency between the client and firm. Prior to joining Keebeck, Derek was a special project lead at Kansas Big Brothers Big Sisters.
Derek’s hobbies include reading, live music, fantasy football, and long summer days on the lake. To him, perfect serenity means sitting on the porch during a rainstorm with a book and a hot cup of tea.
Tim LynchVice President, Business Development
A former professional golfer, Tim brings a unique approach to the financial services industry focused on direction, discipline, and integrity. As Vice President, Business Development at Keebeck Wealth Management, Tim recognizes the value of long-term relationship building. Drawing from recent experience working as a financial advisor at Merrill Lynch, Tim’s focus is on providing tactical strategies to help meet specific client needs and objectives while establishing open lines of communication and simplifying investment views. As an integral part of the investment management and client solutions team at Keebeck, his extensive network and professional services background helps to create a more meaningful and personalized experience that adds measurable value to our clients’ personal and financial lifestyles.
As a direct result, he is currently pursuing his Certified Financial Planner designation to further help our clients step forward.
A native of Scottsdale, Arizona and Lake Forest, Illinois, Tim is a 2008 graduate of Santa Clara University with a B.A. in Finance. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends.
Beverly DurigonExecutive Assistant
As Executive Assistant at Keebeck Wealth Management, Beverly brings over 20 years of experience as a concierge and hospitality expert. She began her career as a corporate assistant where she was exposed to a variety of businesses and individuals across industries such as radio, television, advertising, and property management. These experiences gave her the knowledge and skills to launch her own concierge business. Beverly considers each day to be a unique opportunity to elevate her clients’ lifestyles with her superior organization, project management, and communication skills.
Beverly’s primary role at Keebeck is to assist CEO Bruce K. Lee and provide multi-family office style concierge services that Keebeck’s multi-generational clients have become accustomed to. She will also manage Keebeck’s newest office in her hometown of Scottsdale, Arizona.
Beverly was born in L.A., raised in Scottsdale, and spent time living in Italy where she learned her third language – Italian. In 2019 she returned to Scottsdale to join the concierge team at Silverleaf, an exquisite private golf club tucked into the canyons of the McDowell Mountains and surrounded by the McDowell Sonoran Preserve. Silverleaf is where she met Bruce Lee, who immediately saw Beverly’s potential to streamline communication internally and with clients during the unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic. She is excited to use her positive attitude, outgoing personality, and strong work ethic to assist clients and work alongside the incredible Keebeck team!
Rich MagnusonTax Advisor
Rich consults with the family offices and Individuals discussing income tax matters.
Rich spent a majority of his time working with the financial services tax practice serving banks, savings institutions, finance companies, mortgage bankers, asset managers, and mortgage REITS. He was nationally recognized at E&Y as an expert in mortgage banking, securitization, and mortgage REIT taxation.
Rich graduated with honors from the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he received his B.A. in Business Economics with accounting emphasis. HE then went on to receive his Masters of Business Taxation from the University of Southern California. Rich also maintains a California CPA License.
